The next step in our SEND pipeline, this programme transitions learners from simulated environments into real-world workplaces. Focusing heavily on employability, learners are immersed in structured work placements with the support of a dedicated Job Coach.

The primary intent is to refine professional skills, master specific job roles, and secure a direct pathway into sustainable employment and adult life.

Duration: Up to 12 months

Qualification: Level 1 Certificate in Employability Skills , plus English and maths Functional Skills

Progression: Supported-Apprenticeship or paid employment
