There are many reasons why adults don’t hold up to date qualifications. They may have been busy with a family or other commitments, but do you now worry…

  • that your English or maths is holding you back?
  • you can’t help your children with their homework?
  • you may need help to complete forms, or work out your budget?

In the current job market, up to date qualifications are more important than ever – especially everyday use functional skills.

Attending one of our functional skills courses could improve your chances of getting a job, or if you are already employed – could make day-to-day tasks easier and increase your chances of promotion improve your employment prospects, help you get on at work or prepare you for further study.

There are no tuition fees for our functional skills courses and they take place in various venues across the city. Courses start at different times, and our tutors make learning fun and interesting.
