Advanced Learning Loan (Level 3 and Above)

If you are over the age of 19 and looking to study a Level 3 and above, you may qualify for an Advanced Learning Loan to cover the costs of tuition fees for your qualification. This will be paid directly to On Course South West on your behalf. The loan is easy to apply for, your household income is not taken into account and there is no credit check. You only start to repay back the loan when your income is over £21,000 a year.

Step 1:

To enrol on a Level 3 or Level 4 course you will need to speak to one of our Learning Advisers; some courses have mandatory entry requirements and your adviser will  discuss an action plan if you don’t hold them.

At this stage you can also get more information on payment options.

Step 2:

If your action plan includes additional entry requirements you will be offered any available courses to brush up your skills pre enrolment.

Step 3: Once your entry requirements are confirmed you will receive an enrolment pack. If you would like to use an Advanced Loan, application details are with your pack.

Step 4: Enrol, either by post, phone or in person with any applicable payment; if you have made a loan application, this will be tracked by our team to ensure your application has been successful.
